I was talking to a 13 year old and two 16 year olds about Adolescence (Netflix) yesterday. They were saying how it was lucky the police officer had a son who told him what the emojis meant on the Instagram posts, and that the police needed a teenager to help them work things out.

Wisdom and knowledge is found in many different places and listening to those with lived experience often brings insight that can be lacking in those with the authority, power, and leadership in a situation.

Let’s get good at listening.
