At Youthrive, I work with charities, non-profits and small organisations to design and deliver meaningful research that puts people’s voices at the centre. Whether you’re looking to evaluate your impact, develop a new approach, or better understand the experiences of the communities you serve, I can help you shape and carry out high-quality, ethical, participatory research.
What I can help with
You can work with me on a full project or just one part of the process. I offer flexible, tailored support including:
- Participatory research and co-production – involving young people and marginalised groups in shaping and carrying out research
- Project evaluations – designing and conducting independent evaluations with a focus on hearing from those often left out
- Interviews and focus groups – designing and running sessions with care and sensitivity to inclusion, ethics and consent
- Training – building capacity in your team to design or deliver research yourselves
- Research design and ethics – shaping your project, writing protocols or supporting funding applications

How it works
We start with a conversation to get clear on your needs and context. Some clients come with a well-formed brief, others want help shaping their ideas — both are welcome. Depending on what’s right for you, I can offer:

- A phased project approach
Flexible pricing
There’s no fixed menu or set fee. I’ll work with you to find an approach that fits your budget. This might include:
- Prioritising the most important elements
- Phasing a project across time or funding rounds
